Terms of Service

Effective from October 10, 2026

These terms govern the use of the website suconex.com, its supplier database, user accounts and the price-check service. By creating an account or sending a request you agree to them.

1. Operator

The website is operated by Radim Pavlas, sole trader registered in the Czech Republic, registration number 06133924, registered address Malá 368, 735 41 Petřvald, Czech Republic, email radim@suconex.com ("Suconex", "we").

2. What Suconex provides

Suconex provides (a) a free public database of industrial suppliers, mainly in Mexico; (b) free user accounts for buyers and for manufacturers; (c) a price-check and sourcing service for buyers, in which Suconex selects suitable suppliers, requests and compares quotes. The price of the service is agreed with the buyer before work starts.

3. Accounts

You must give true information and keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, publish false information or misuse the service.

4. Supplier profiles

Manufacturers are responsible for the accuracy of their profile, including processes, certifications and contact details. By publishing a profile they allow Suconex to show it publicly and to use its content (name, location, processes, photos) on the website, in search results and in listings. Suconex may edit or hide profiles that are incomplete, misleading or inactive. Some profiles were created by Suconex from public sources and can be claimed by the company they describe.

5. Price checks and requests (RFQ)

When you send a request, you confirm that you may share the drawings and documents you attach. Suconex decides which suppliers are asked to quote and shares your files only with them and only for the purpose of quoting. Quotes are offers of the suppliers, not of Suconex. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, Suconex is not a party to the purchase contract between you and a supplier and does not guarantee a supplier's prices, quality or delivery.

6. Acceptable use

Do not upload harmful files, scrape the database in bulk, send spam to listed suppliers, try to access other users' data or interfere with the website. Automated access is allowed only through public pages and in line with robots.txt.

7. Intellectual property

The website, its design, texts, data compilation and the Suconex name belong to the operator. You keep the rights to content you upload and grant Suconex the licence needed to provide the service.

8. Liability

Information on the website, including supplier data, distances and glossary entries, is provided for general guidance and may be incomplete or out of date. To the extent permitted by law, Suconex is not liable for indirect damage or lost profit arising from use of the website or from dealings with suppliers. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Personal data

Personal data is processed as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; the current version is always published on this page with its effective date. You may delete your account at any time in your account settings.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Disputes will be handled by the competent Czech courts, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
